Publish History

The Publish History tab is a complete ledger of every post you have attempted to publish using CreatorPublisher.

Status Indicators

Every item in your history will have one of the following statuses:

  • 🟢 Success: The post was uploaded to Meta successfully and is currently live on your social accounts.
  • 🔴 Failed: The post encountered an error during upload or publishing.

Inspecting Failures

If a post fails, you can investigate why:

  1. Locate the failed post in the list.
  2. The card will display the exact error message returned by the Meta API (e.g., OAuthException, Media Upload Failed, Rate Limit Reached).
  3. If a post fails, you can click the Re-draft button (if available) to pull the post back into the Post Manager, fix the issue, and try again.

Opening Live Posts

For successful posts, click the Globe Icon (View Live) to instantly open your default web browser directly to the published post on Instagram/Facebook.

Managing History

You can clear your history or delete specific items to keep the list clean. Note that deleting an item from the history does not delete the post from your Instagram/Facebook account.
